Accessories are deficient. (Accessories are listed in our order page) -If accessories are deficient, we will send you them.
-If the accessories can not be found, you can return.
Item(s) is out of order. -When new products, you can return for free. If the item(s) has a manufacturer warranty, please contact the manufacturer.
If you have produced scratches or dirt on your new item(s), you can not return them.
Item(s) is fake or counterfeit. ・All brand items are authenticated by the professional appraisers.
If manufacture stores refuse repair service, please stop using your product(s) immediately and please contact us.
Caution

-If you find anything broken or damaged, any missing accessories or other problems, please contact us within 3 days after receipt of your item(s). If you do not respond within five days, your right of return will be declared void.
-If you purchased item(s) via COD or credit card payment, please understand in advance that repayment will be delayed.
